has anyone heard from JJ lately? does she still do a blog somewhere? Whatever happened to pics of Milo on Monkey?

And JJ, if you reading this, did you ever get our letter to you in San Francisco??

that's it. I'm in a A+ mood today because I finally decided to drop my mechanical engineering class. I was only really staying in it because I figured I had to prove something since I was the only girl in it. but when that "thing" I was trying to prove turned out to be that I was 'stubborn' I figured that everyone already kind of knew that and so I didn't need to go ahead and fail a class just to reiterate the fact.

so that's it. I'm happy.

Well happy in school. not that happy in family life. Oh Luke's great. A+ for him. It's my Aunt Pat. She was just diagnosed with Leukemia and it's not looking so good. I spent last weekend going between the extremes of balling my eyes out 'cause she's someone I really love and am close to. Then I went to the totally positive that she was going to get better so I just ignored it and went about doing other things with my day. then of course I feel guilty for that at night and end up not sleeping well.

So now that i've dropped the one class I have less on my plate and can focus more on stuff that is on the plate...one of which is going up to see Auntie in the hospital. Her condition was really bad Sunday but it's better and constant now. Which means it should work out alright if Luke and I wait to drive up until Saturday morning. Allowing him to get med school stuff done and me to not feel guilty about pulling him out of med school.

rambling rambling rambling. I've got to go return the book for the class I dropped and buy a dishwasher. I believe in that order.
