i love that my coming in to work on saturday might be viewed by some people as dedication to the job. whereas if you really knew me you would know that it is because we don't have internet access at home and this is the onl place i can e-mail and update.
so yeah, i'm at work. It's 11am and i think a round of applause should occur because i am surprised that i am even awake. Danger and I went to B@dly Dr@wn B0y last night. Realy god concert. We went with our friend Liz, who is not of age yet so we were standing on either side of the fence that was put up. it was pretty funny. and I hadn't really planned on getting pissed drunk, however it was pointed out that this was the first time since i moved that i had been to a show at the P@gent. Which means it was the first time in which i could stumble my way home and be perfectly safe. So Dang and I started in on the rum & cokes-which the p@gent makes like a rum, with a shot of coke.
So we were drinking them and Danger was checking out the keyboardist from the opening act. Being the good friend that I am I had a guy chase the keyboardist down when he walked away before saying hello to us. So then danger and the guy talked during the rest of the set.
Afterwards the guy grabed danger's digits and we made plans to hook up at the pin-up. So since liz is still under 21 we had to devise a plan to get her in. none of which worked. though in reality that is probably due to a lack of actually trying and instead just talking a lot about what we would do. So we escorted her back to my apartment where she sat by my phone in case we got an in and called her to come by.
Probably not the nicest thing to do, but we were drunk and wanted to hook Danger up with keyboardist. Plus Liz is cool and totally didn't mind.
so the guy did come by the pin-up. He also brought a few guys from BDB. They were sweet. it was really nice to talk to someone with JennyJ's accent again. I miss it!
So then we left the guys at around 2:30 and shimmied home.
I fell silly cause it's my one year official anniversary with Luke and I was all not functioning this morning. He went to bread co for breakfast and I barely een registered his existence. just went back to my drooling and snooring that i'm sure were attractive.
So i think i'm only going to stay here a few hours and then just head home to make myself pretty and maybe buy him a gift or something.
god i'm lame.
